3d flexible welding fixture system is a new kind of Sanwei products. for customers who have to repeat designing fixture system, this product can greatly reduce the cost and time exhausted in the design and production of specialized fixtures through quick assembling a set of position system with its components according to different requirements.

1.application advantages of this product

  1). Many high-cost specialized fixtures occupy a large space, whereas the application of a set of SANWEI 3d flexible welding fixture system can reduce the storage space because it is suitable for many different working conditions. It is easy and safe to use manipulate such a subtle system.

  2). By use software such as CAD, Pro/E 3D etc, it is very easy to simulate the assembling of all positioning components on computer.

  3). With various locking pins and regular distributed system holes on five work surfaces of the 3d table, all workpieces can easily be fixed and clamped on the system. Small table can be extended to be a big several tables from each of these five surfaces. It can then realizes the application in big workpiece welding.

  4). As its components and work table are all made of high quality steel and the table has a structure of tense reinforcing ribs, the system has strong strength and can bear heavy load. Cheap anti-spatter can be used to protect the table surface from welding spattering when welding.

  5). Time efficiency: can save time necessary for design, production and adjustment of specialized fixtures, and then shorten the time-to-market of new product.

With grid pattern of high precision holes on surfaces of tables and various components, the fixture can be built with precision and high repeatability.

With a grid of 100*100(D28 system) or 50*50(D16 system) holes all over five surfaces, the table is expandable in all five dimensions to the full length, width and height.

all dimensions of the work table are very precise. Being made of high quality steel, the work table has high strength and stiffness.

1. by using of supporting angles and angle connection blocks, each of the five surfaces of the work table can be extended 800mm. with u-shaped bridges and support legs, it can be extended more.
2. by using of u-shaped bridges and support legs, the system can meet the positioning requirements of big workpieces.
3. by connecting several tables together in the longitudinal direction or in the transverse direction, wide positioning datum plane can be formed.
