Application :

   This machine is used for cold pressing of other metal scraps including powdery grainy cast iron scrap aluminum scrap, copperscrap and steel scrap ,metal shvings etc. to columni from caky block with the density ≥2.4T/m3 without any bond .After out of the furnace. The caky block can be used as pig iron .This machine designed with quick speed cylinder and liguid rising value.This type machine has auto charging unit which can be operated by single man.The machine has granted national patents and been only produced by our factory in China.

 

 

Features:

 

1 The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machine ,the manual and PLC automatic control operations are optional.

 

2 No foundation bolts for installation. The diesel may be equipped as driving at the place without power supplying.

 

3  Production rate of briquetting press machine is from 0.5tons per hour to 1tons per hour.
