Main Introduction:

Series Of TL(R) Pump is a single stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump. It is mainly used as the circulating pump for absorben tower in FGD Appliances. It has such features: Wide range flowing capacity, high efficiency, high saving power, this series of pump develops many kinds of material targeted on the pump for FGD.

Material Selection:

Our company specially manufactured a new kind of abrasion& corrosion resistance material for FGD. The pump adopt separable double structure bearing layer and abrasion resistance layer, the bearing layer frame plate, cover plate, joint plate can adopt ductile cast iron. Impeller, suction cover front liner is A49, which is abrasion and corrosion resistance material. Frame plate liner and cover plate liner, back liner adopt natural rubber. The material has good performance of corrosion resistance, light weight, low cost.

Technical Characteristics

1	The wearing parts adopted with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) so as to designed reliability and high efficiency.
2	The position of the impeller can be changed by adjusting bearing assembly and the pump unit can be in efficiency operation state.
3	Pump is back disassembly type and needn’t dismantle the pipe connection so as to ensure structure is simple and easy to maintain.
4	Pump head use double rows taper roller bearings and drive end use cylindrical roller bearings, bearings are lubricated with recycled dilute oil, improved the bearing working condition and increased service life.
5	Mechanical seal adopted with containers type mechanical seal to ensure reliable running.
