Epoxy G11 material 

1.Description: Epoxy G11 material are electrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated epoxy resin binder by processing under pressure and heat, which have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties, good electric strength properties and fine heat and humidity resistance. In addition, FR5 sheet has anti-fire property.

G11 is accordance with the following international standards:

IEC60893 EPGC203/NEMA LI-1:G11/DIN 7735 HGW 2372.4/BS 3953 EP-5

2.Specifications:

a) Thickness: 0.1-150mm

b) Width x length: 1020*1220 mm ,1220*2440mm,1220*1420mm  ,1020*2040mm

c). Temperature grade :F glass(155°C) or H glass(180°C)

3.Stand color:   yellow brown, green ,We can also offer other colors  according to  the requirements of customers .

4.Application: With high mechanical strength, Insulation, heat resistance, electrical properties and good moisture resistance properties. Widely range of applications, for example: Suitable for using as insulating structural parts in electric equipment, such as electric generators, motors, switch board, pcb , etc.
