Description of Conveyor rollers

1)Trough idlers  group

Product Depict：It is the part used to support belt and  material loaded on the belt conveyer. 
There are two types accordance to its shape: standard type and pitch type. 
The pitch type can be fit on all the line, and it have belt adjust function.  

2)Spiral cleaning idler

Product Depict：The idler surface is welded with right/left turn screw steel  spring or covered right/left turn screw rubber ring.  It is used to cleaning the things that adhesion to the belt.

3)Friction adjusting idler

Product Depict：Friction adjusting idler is of very strong ability of preventing  conveyor belt damage and sideslip . It is based on friction pulley radian and friction to prevent and correct conveyor belt sideslip.

4)Damping idler

Product Depict：This roller is used in down transportation .It can stop the belt run wrong direction by fabrication increased by its inner organization.
