These Baoding balls are imprinted with the perfect yin yang symbol. These Cloisonne Baoding balls made of chrome-plated steel arelight weight as they are hollow. Each ball contains a chime within it which produces soft soothing and amusing sound.

Baoding balls are also known in many names: Chinese Therapy Balls, Chinese Chine Balls, Chinese Exercise Balls, Chinese Harmony Balls, Chinese Iron Balls, Chinese Health Balls and Chinese Stress Balls. They are believed to have invented during the rule of the Ming Dynasty.

Baoding balls are usually used for exercising the hand muscles, forearm and shoulder muscles. To use them, place two ors more Baoding balls in your palm then rotate them clockwise and counterclockwise. This simple movement stimulates the central nervous system, circulation of blood and flow of chi throughout the body, besides relieving stress, improving brain functions and increasing energy.
