The laminating fastness of this machine is quite high, special for thick water repellent zipper and webbing laminating. It is a professional type machine.

It will be able to produce High-quality 3# 5# 8# 10# water repellent nylon long chain zipper / webbing with appearance of matt, shiny, black, matching color, heat transfer printing and etc.

This is our 3rd generation of water repellent zipper/webbing thermal lamination machine. It is researched and developed by our company independently. Its design reflects our unique idea, we have already been applying for invention patent.

It is automatically transport zipper long chain and complete the thermal lamination process. It completely abandons the low-quality production technique of the traditional hot air Gun-type sealing machine. This machine can be adjusted the temperature/pressure/speed according to different producing requirements of water repellent zipper tape to get the ideal laminating fastness.

The machine is particularly suitable for High melting point (± 140° C) water repellent zipper tape laminating.
