 Gravity Casting, T6 (Heat Treatment & ageing treatment).

3. Surface finish :

raw, tumbling, dull polishing, powder coating and pad printing.

 4. PU bushings :

high-rebound PU bushing hardness: HR85A/90A/95A/99A. Color can be customized.
 
5. For Kingpins :

  Kingpin color:  Sliver/ black/ golded color, size can coustomized,usually round head solid Kingpin are used. also can choose hollow kingpins.

6. Truck sample

we are happy to send you samples for testing purpose, but we need charge samples cost and shipping   cost.

7. Printed logo :

we are happy to make your own designed graphics for truck printing.

8. Engraved logo on the hanger & base plate :

can be customized, but need to open a new mould.

9.Packing :

 each piece packed in a shrink wrap, and 40pcs packed in a carton. also can choose two pieces to packed in a box.
