Silicone Primer CL-14A 

CL-14A, one component, it’s a surfactant for sticking silicone rubber with double side tapes and adhesives stickers. The treated silicone rubber can be glued as preferable with 3M double side tapes.

Application:

Electric products, House furnishings, Medical products etc.

Mainly used for silicone rubber foot pad and silicone protecting products.

Silicone reinforcing agent;

High molecular weight organosilicone;

Organic solvent.

Method of application:

1. Cleaning silicone rubber surface with toluene deeply.

2. Brushing and coating the primer on the silicone surface in the dust-free plant. Then wait for 3~5munites at room temperature.

3. Pressing with stickers or double-sides tapes, compaction by rolling with laminating machine or wood rollers.

4. Place the pressed products at room temperature. its strength adhesion will come to the best after 24 hours.

5. This product contains flammable solvents. When storage and use it, keep in an airy palce and away from heat and open flame place.
