The construction way of this marking include spray and screed / extruded construction ways,the Spray construction mainly used in the edge line of road, however the screed /extruded construction mainly used in the rest marking of road.

The principle of paint forming marking:

A component (contain MMA) + B component (contain BPO )  = Marking

 

Application:

1.The surfaces to be applied must be day and devoid of any grease & dirt.

2. The ambient temperature should be above 5 ℃.

3.The new asphalt pavement should be delimited after asphalt is solidify & stability

 

A  &B  component mixed ---- Use electric to mix --- Spray construction

(using the two guns to spray,one gun spray the A component,another one spray B component)
