Freezer Side board production line

The Side board production line is a full-automatic production line. The production line is used for the joint-body production of front, back side board and U shell board. It is mainly composed of feeding machine, punching machine, 180-degree flip tipper, roll mill, side bending machine, U-shaped bending machine and accessory pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electric control system and other components. Based on needs of each machine, it can have any combination to accomplish the fixed-size sheet automatic feeding, punching and trimming blanks flip, roll forming, both ends bending, U-shell bending, baiting and other processes. The line has the advantages of reasonable technology layout, high production efficiency, high level of automation, safe and reliable human-machine interface operation, easy maintenance, and can be adapted to the wide range of products.
