1. Summary

This high frequency welded pipe production line is used to produce round pipes of diameter Φ38mm-Φ63mm, square pipe: 30X30-50X50mm, rectangular pipe: 25X50-40X60mm, thickness 1.0-3.0mm. The material is cold and hot roll mild steel and galvanized roll mild steel plate (CR, HR & GI).  The production line machinings are good quality and high precision assembly. The finished pipes can be used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, traffic, machinery and vehicle.

2. Production Process

Coil preparing  → Uncoiling  → Shear/end welding  → Strip delivering → Strips accumulator  → forming and sizing  → flying saw → output runway  → packaging  → storage
