PA563 –  phosphor for LEDs

Brief Introduction

The Silicate phosphor PA563 is a special product for LED, independently developed by us. In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the manufacture of high color rendering index or low color temperature white LED, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety. Also, it can be applied to fabricate orange-red LED based on blue LED-chips.

Main parameters

Usages

1  Can be mixed with Red phosphor to fabricate high color rendering (Ra>80) white LEDs.

2  Can be mixed with PA549 to manufacture 020 package for BLU.

3  Can be applied to the package of orange LED.

Directions

Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved.  (Can be mixed with other phosphors) If you can't we can help to make  recipe.
