Chamber Structure

The spectral energy distribution of UVA-340 lamp focus on wavelength of 340nm
The spectral energy distribution of UVB-313 lamp focus on wavelength of 313nm
All lamps are imported from America with active service life of 1600~1800 hours,

and the service life of 2500 hours may be achieved by irradiation adjustment
The inner bladder of the chamber is made of imported high-class stainless steel plate

while the outer bladder is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic.
The heating mode adopts inner bladder trough type heating with its rapid temperature rise

and even temperature distribution.

Control System

Siemens PLC;

Conduct setting digitally through touch screen with display function

Illumination, condensation, spraying can be controlled independently or alternately;

The independent or alternate control time of illumination and condensation

can be set within 1,000 hours randomly;

During running or setting, an alarm signal shall display in case of any error;

Philips commutator and starter (ensuring that the UV lamp shall be turned on while the machine starts every time)
