Density：6.95 g/cm3 ，Hardness HRA ：92.5，Flexural strength：1800 N/mm2，Fracture toughness：10.5   

Feature：on the premise of ensuring strength ,it has high red-hardness and wear resistance ,Suitable for the finishing and ultra-fine finishing in low load and low impact force condition to the processing of bearing steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, and gray cast iron ect.

Usage：Finish turning

Equivalent to classification of ISO：P01-P05，K01-K05。

 

Performance parameters of MC206

Density ：7.0g/cm3 ，Hardness HRA ：92.5，Flexural strength   ：2300 N/mm2，Fracture toughness：11.2

Feature：High strength, high wear resistance and low friction coefficient, suitable for finishing and semi-finishing of mild steel, normalizing gear steel, gray cast iron and ductile iron.

Usage：Turing, Milling

Equivalent to classification of ISO：K05-K10，P01-P10，M05-M10。

Density：7.1g/cm3 ，Hardness HRA ：92.1，Flexural strength：2800N/mm2，Fracture toughness：12.4

Feature：high toughness ,and may bear heavy impact load. General used for milling, medium-rough turning of soft steel, gray cast iron, Al alloy and bearing steel.

Usage：Milling, wearing piece

Equivalent to classification of ISO：P10-P20、K10-K20。

Density：7.05g/cm3 ，Hardness HRA ：92.3，Flexural strength：2000 N/mm2，Fracture toughness：11.3

Feature：Performance between MC102 and MC509, It is hard to form crescent depression and suffered some impact, high heat-resistance. suitable for semi-finishing of soft steel, gray cast iron, Al alloy and bearing steel, and finishing of stainless.
