For in the gas assisted injection process, the cylinders can not continuously provide high pressure nitrogen, through this system, nitrogen can be easily pressurized and then charged into the cylinder for continue working under high pressure.
To operate this system, the gas booster, gas cylinder as well as all accessories and valves have to be connected and mounted on the open frame. The Nitrogen Booster is designed to receive regulated nitrogen from gas cylinders or other nitrogen source, and the final output pressure is easily controlled by means of the manual regulator valve.
