  This smart prestress tension equipment SBSY-5 is for the EHV power output apparatus; Its main function is to provide reliable and stable lifting power for the beam tensioning device (jack), with the function of lifting, dwelling and stroke returning.

 The device is capable precise programmed command. After you set the program, only one key is needed to complete the tensioning process.

 

Equipment features:

1,Using a variety of innovative design,the system is able to precisely control the tension force magnitude and the accurate measurement of prestressing tendon elongation.

2.Automatically control the tension loading rate,holding point,load-keeping time,etc.

3.The device uses simple operation control,which makes the software user-friendly,easy to operate with high reliability.

4.The electro-hydraulic device uses vertical motor installation with built-in fuel tank in oil pump,makes it a less noise and leakage,long life,reasonable structure,manual and automatic mode switching design.

5.The smart prestressed tensioning device has 2 modes,one is one-to-one mode,and the other is one-to-two mode which the last mode is suitable for large-tonnage simultaneous lifting.
