Melting : E.A.F + LF + VD + E.S.R. ( electro slag remelting )

Execution : Forged and smooth turned or black surface

Heat treatment :spherodized annealed to extra fine structure

Forging Ratio : min. 4,0

Hardness : max. 235 HB

Degree of purity: acc. to DIN 50602, K4 max. 20 ; or acc. To ASTM 45 as following:

Ultrasonic test: acc. to SEP 1921 D/d/3 and/or acc. to EN 10228-3, quality grade 3,100% scanning

Mill’s test certificate : acc. to EN 10204 / 3.1.,

Stating :

Mill’s name ; customer’s name with full Inspection Certificate EN 10204/3.1. ; P/O – No. ; grade ; heat treatment; size ; quantity ; chem. analysis ; hardness ; test results of US test, degree of purity,grain size ; deformation grade ; radiation free, mercury free and decarburization free!
