The BBQ meat probeis used to monitor the internal temperature of your grill, oven or smoker. This allows users to be sure the grill/oven or smoker is at the desired temperature.

The probe has a 48-Inch, braided, stainless steal wire that can withstand up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. the probe itself can measure temperatures anywhere from 40-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
