Dongguan Tianyao Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in manufacturing die castings of magnesium and aluminum alloys, such as:
1, LED components: downlights , street lights, bulb housing and radiator, and so on.
2, Power tools parts : gear cases, enclosures, handles, and so on.
3, Furniture parts: chair legs, armrests, cabinet handles, and so on.
The company is currently in rapid development. The company currently has four sets of die-casting machines with lock forces from 160T to 400T. The company has its own mold manufacturing department, precision CNC machining centers, grinding, barrelling and rinsing equipment. It also provides surface treatment services , such as painting, plating, anodizing and so on.
In the first half of 2014, the company will install more die-casting equipment, including 800 tons die casting machine, and semi-automatic equipment like punching machines, multi-axis drills, etc. In near future, the company will be equipped with 1,200 tons, 1,600 tons, and even 2,000 tons die-casting machines .
