Brief introduction of the machine:

     It is broadly applied in ore, fireproofing material, aggregate, artificial mine, and various metallurgy waste.

     It is much superior to other types of crusher when crushing medium or extra hard material like: carborundum, cobble, quartz stone etc.

     The main parts of the machine include: feed cavity, discharge cavity, splitting cavity, crushing cavity, frame, impeller assembly, drive equipment and lubrication system

 Working Principle:

       The material was conveyed into crusher through feeding hopper, then it will be divided into two parts by distributor, some of the material enters into high speed rotated impeller through the middle of the distributor and are fast accelerated inside the impeller, their speed can reach one hundred times acceleration of gravity, and then cast out through around flow channel of the impeller by 60--75m/s, firstly are impacted and crushed with the material freely fallen from around distributor and then they are rebounded into bow wave lining layer in bow wave crushing chamber and then their moving direction is changed and are turned down towards and formed material continuous screen with materials emitted from impeller's flow ways.

        So, a piece of material has twice to many times possibility to be impacted, rubbed crushed and milled in the bow wave crushing chamber, the broken materials are discharged through discharge outlet at the bottom and formed into dosed route through circulating sieve system, generally three times circulation can crush the materials under 4.75mm.
