• Feature

PC screw barrel is good for plasticizing,exhaust,molding due to PC's big melt viscosity.And to prevent enlarge the screw load,the screw's rotation speed couldn't too higher,general control in 30~70r/min.

When extruding PC products, PC material could not be used more than  recycle three times,consumption should be around 20%.

So we need to choose single thread pitch,gradient compression type screw with check vavle. 
length to diameter ratio L/D is 18~24,compression ratio C/R is 1.8~2.2.
