ZY13101A programmable controller experiment apparatus is such an experiment device designed according to the contents of PLC experiment courses on majors of electric automation, industrial automation, electromechanical integration and so on among colleges and universities. The experiment is equipped with Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR host (input 12 points, output 8 points), provides abundant experiment contents, enabling to connect with theoretical teaching closely and provide a good platform for study and practice of programmable controller technology.

1) It provides abundant experiment contents and offers programmable practice platform for the study of Mitsubishi PLC basic instructions, step instruction as well as function instruction, which fully covers teaching keys and difficulties.
2) In the experiment apparatus’s design, all input, output, as well as common terminal of PLC host are connected on the experiment panel with favorable expansibility. Except for the experiment projects provided by the experiment apparatus itself, it also provides abundant expended experiment modules for users to choose.
3) It is possible for users to connect wire incorrectly in experiment. If the power being added on the output port directly, it is possible to cause damage to PLC. Therefore, the experiment apparatus specially designs insurance to process short-circuit protection in order to effectively protect host, enabling users to process experiment safely.
4) The experiment apparatus specially provides “PLC Principle Block Diagram”, which vividly outlines PLC principle. Meanwhile, the wires needed to be connected by users are marked in thick real lines; users only need to connect wires according to the block diagram in experiment.
