1.Brief introduction of  lime rotary kiln

Lime rotary kiln are commonly used for heat processing of minerals and aggregates. Lime rotary kiln is used for baking lime and dolomite in the steel factory and ferroalloy factory, especially lime ore. XBM lime rotary kiln can maintain a uniform product temperature at the kiln entry, mid zone and discharge to achieve consistent quality results. In most rotary kilns, the challenge with temperature process control is that the temperature sensor must view through flames or heavy smoke and dust. Consequently,our engineer pay more attention to the selecting of sensor,no matter the design, wavelength, and alignment. They are all very important considerations, has greatly increased the value and high performance-price ratio of our lime rotary kiln. The fuel for this can be gas, oil or pulverized coal.

2.Structures of lime rotary kiln

Lime rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood and combustion.
1) With a certain slope to the level, the whole lime rotary kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
2) Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
3) The lime rotary kiln head adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured.

3.Other information of rotary kiln

Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. Lime and cement  kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
