Plastic honeycomb compound decorated board production line and technology
The product is composed of 2~3 layers of plastic sheet and short-fiber terylene needling cotton, which possesses the advantages of sound insulation, temperature keeping, shockproof and etc.. 
It is mainly used as decorative board of the automobile ceiling and indoor decorative materials. It can be used as packaging material replacing the honeycomb paperboard, which is energy saving and environmentally-froendly.

The highly filled PP sheets were of proper rigidity and toughness，suitable for theinterior ceiling decoration of buses and making other vacuum-moulded articles for civil uses.
