Electric Horizontal Test Stand Manual

One, functions:

AEH electric horizontal test stand is designed for HF series and NK series force gauge of push-pull load test. This product adopts double guide bar structure, it has good stability, wide suitable scope, convenient use, and has advantages of stepless speed adjustment, manual (jog), automatic control switch function. Applicable to electronic appliances, electric wire and cable, hardware machinery, electromagnetic machinery, auto parts, and machinery, chemical industry, building doors and windows, adhesive plastic woven, spring coil manufacturing, medical equipment, fire equipment, printing and packaging, shaver, gear aviation, zipper buttons, textile and clothing, coal, furniture, elevator, lighter and ignition devices, lock, pens industry , electric power industries and scientific research institutions, schools, etc.

Four, force gauge installation method:

The carrier of AEH electric test stand connect with wire rod connections, top to bottom, is as follows:

①　Force gauge install board

②　Referred board

③　Link plate

④　Transmission nut

⑤　First unload the 4 - M5 allen key in link plate, then use the 4 - M3-10 sunk screw countersunk head screws (in accessory bag) to connect the force gauge and install board firmly, then connect the link plate and transmission nut firmly, force gauge installation is complete.

Five, the control panel usage:

1 the power switch: when push a button, turn on the power, disconnect the power supply by again press.

2 speed control: due to the different objects were measured and the user requirements, while adjusting speed knob, the movement speed for carrier 0-500mm/min.

Six, functional control:

Manual/automatic, when knob screw to manually, if make carrier movement, you need to press LEFT or RIGHT, disconnect and stop the movements. When the knob screw to automatically, if make carrier movement, press the LEFT or RIGHT key.

Seven, jig height adjustment:

AEH test frame the left handwheel(below shell) for fixture height adjustment of handwheel, above handwheel is to M6 lock screw, first loosen the M6 hex, rotate the handwheel left or right to reach a needed height, then lock the M6 hew.

Eight, stroke adjustment:

The maximum travel restrictions of locating sleeve on locating rod is 1, 4, locating sleeve 2, 3 is for user survey of stroke regulating sleeve.

Nine, Application method of counter:

On the counter is the digital display, record number of tests. And the bottom is the preset button, altogether are four pieces, from left to right, respectively A 10 100 1000, and set in advance that can be 0 ~ 999 range. Such as: the user make a continuous testing of a product, testing for 9999, you need to adjust  in four button , until 9999 shown on the display, then press the manual/automatic button, can be manually/test 9999 times, running after 9999 times, automatic stop, press the stop button is ok.

Ten, note:

Equipment supply power must be grounded (grounding resistance must be more than 4 ohms).
