1)Automatic feeding extruder and automatic drying machine

Reducer: hardened material 38CROMAL，carburizing touch tooth treatment, Maximum power 50KW,speed ratio of 28:1，a roughness of 0.08.

Main DriveMotor: 18.5KW AC motor.

Cooling system: the barrel with five automatic air-cooled fan and the cutting area with circulation water cooling. The power of fan is 160W/unit.

Heating system: the body is using five parts electric heating, power is 2KW per part. And the head part is 3KW. Total power of heating system is 30KW.

Temperature control system: Top brand CHINT thermometer and good quality of low voltage electric parts. .
