White crystal or crystalline powder, sweet taste same as sucrose, easily dissolved in the water,  Absorb heat when dissolved, so it provides a pleasant, natural cooling sensation when it dissolve in the mouth. Usage as below:

1.To produce gum, chewing gum, toffee, soft candy, jelly, chocolate, chewing tablet and etc, can cool the throat, clean the teeth and be anti-cariogenic.
