Introduction:

Fried potato chips/crisps keeps the special delicious flavor of roasted potato and has the characteristics of rich nutrition, delicious, convenient and so on, thus won the flavor of the consumers. We have a whole set of machines to produce the potato chips and crisps.

Process flowchart :

Fresh Potato→→washing &peeling→→cutting→→blanching→→dewatering→→frying→→de-oiling→→flavoring →→packing 

the steps:

1. peeling machine-----washing and peeling the potato.

2, cutting machine ---- cutting the potato into chips.

3, blanching machine---blanching the chips.

4, dewater machine-----make the blanched chips dehydration.

5, frying machine-------frying the chips

6. deoiling machine-----deoiling the fried chips.

7, seasoning machine/flavoring machine---add the dressing to make the fried chips more delicious.

8. packng machine------packing the potato chips
