Autoclave machine is horizontally set, the cover is made of a 16mnr steel plate, the flanges used in the cover and body of the machine is forged from a 16mnr steel bar. 

Autoclave is the important machine for aac production line, different capacity, different size and if you want to increase the capacity, sometimes only increase the quantity of autoclaves is ok. After steaming and high pressure, the aac block will bear high pressure and lighter.
