1 How to select the raw materials
In general, we are strict to select our raw material supplier. 100% virgin material must be good liquidity, but the key is moderate flow. if is too fast, it would be  easy to hang silk in printing. The defects would break the molding. Too slow, is can not flow smoothly or broken wires. The flowing rate would be the most important for printing, inosculation between each layer could make the printing design perfect.

2 Production control
Strict production process: baking, mixed color, extrusion, cooling, caliper, winding, vacuum packaging, packaging, packing, using caliper diameter and roundness instrument and PLC control products. To ensure the filament always be the best. Accurate control make sure the surface not be bent or appear the broken mark (white and dark mark), bubbles, dust and other serious defective phenomenon.

3 Material parameters
filament diameter: 1.75mm & 3.00mm diameter variation:+/- 0.1 mm  color: white, green, yellow, purple, red, blue, black, orange to choose. Filament weight: ABS net weight: 1 kg weight (printed silk) for standard. Gross weight: 1.35 KG weight (filament roll with spool), a bit error could be accept. The best temperature for nozzle is between 175-230℃. (Please set the suitable temperature according to different materials, to prevent the high temperature make the filament carbonization and plug the nozzle)

4 Quality assurance,
