Magnetic Separator Rods and Magnetic Separator Grids are used to remove ferromagnetic debris from materials passing through the grids and past the rods. They are placed in the line of flow of material. Uses include removing ferrous contamination from sugar, rice, animal feed, plastic granulates, shredded paper, tea, chemicals, powders, shredded copper, flour, etc.

 

The Separator Magnet Rods are food quality stainless steel encased and usually contain NdFeB magnets. Corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning is given by using the stainless steel.
