2)Sample:Free sample(below 3 pcs) can be supplied for evaluation,Customer will bear the transportation cost.

3-Size measurement

4)Payment terms:30% advanced money by T/T, 70% before shipping after QC

5)Produce process:After receiving the order of l age and trolley. Injection moulding and Stamping begin simultaneously

01.Stamping including cutting and drilling.After drilling,the pipe surface will be treated.and the next step is to distribute the worked pipe to the assembly department.

02.Injection department produce the plastic parts and the worked plastic parts are distributed to the assembly department.

04.The assembly department will assemble the worked pipe and worked plastic parts,and the end-product

05.The last step is to send the end-product to the warehouse.
