The second generation of  features an improved running speed of the operation system, enhanced temperature stability and production performance. The location of the work table is suitable for work pieces of larger size, with maximum size of 250×250 mm. The new stand is provided with an additional eight reference points, to improve the overall balance and accuracy further.

It is a pulse heating vertical thermal press machine feautiring a fast temperature increase. This machine can perform the HSC, TAB, FPC etc. thermal press joining process, and it can be also used for tin pressing and ACF pressing. Alignment is done through a CCD video system, and it can perform the alignment and pressing work independently. This machine is provided a rotary pan with two clamps fixed to it in order to enhance its operation frequency and increase output.
