JD-361-A Automatic core shooting machine is a kind of heat core box core shooting machine.It is a semi-automatic,vertical parting machine.One needs to put the molds and take out sand cores by hand.Both coated resin sand (dry)and furan resin sand (wet)can be used.

This machine is commonly used in valve,faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic field for producing various sand cores required by small and medium-sized work pieces.It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength.

4.Production flow (with conveyor belt)
Closing mold - forward leading of ejector arm - shooting head descending and core pulling cylinder rising - sand shooting - shooting head rising - ejector arm resetting - heating timing - core pulling cylinder descending when heating time is over - dynamic mold pushing up sand core - opening mold - turning over mold and conveyor belt rising - static mold pushing up sand core - taking out sand core by hand.
