Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose for Ceramic Industry
Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose is added into the blank as excipient and intensifier in ceramic industry ,  Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose can enhance the glue strength of blank, make the body easily molded,  strengthen the flexural capacity two to three times, improve the stability of the blank. Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose is also used for making machinery processing ceramic products, it can lower the processing cost. In ceramic materials, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose can increase the smoothness and improve the quality of glazed surface. Moreover, adding Modified CMC, it can not only enhance the processing speed, lower the production consumption, but make the moisture of blank evenly evaporate,  avoid dry and cracking, and improve the excellent grade rate.
