SX-200d Pocket Spring Assembly Machine is for hot-melt assembly of pocket innerspring units.

The procedure is that the spring strings are cut to a preset length to be assembled into a pocket spring units with a hot-melt glued system.The spring unit can be Parallel or Nested or Zoning.

Option:
A top and bottom fabric can be on the spring unit with electronically cutting system
A continuous or interrupted glued system according to the requirments
