Description

SYIND No more nails Glue is a synthetic rubber based multipurpose construction adhesive which exhibits excellent strength, flexibility, good temperature resistance and good slump resistance. It is formulated to bond a variety of common construction materials. It has strong initial grab, superior adhesion and will not slump on vertical surfaces.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. High strength and Professional quality adhesive.

2. Excellent resistance to weather, suitable to use indoor and outdoor.

3. Excellent adhesion, little abnormal odors, can painting after it dry.

 

DIRECTION:

1. Ensure the surfaces are dry and clear.

2. Grease and opening.

3. Apply using a cartridge gun Assemble Joint within 10 minutes using nails, screws or clamping sufficient to

    give contact.Over the whole area.

4. Allow adhesive to set (at least 24 hours) before removing clamps or temporary (On flat surfaces, apply

    full length beads at least every 40cm).  

5. Lightweight materials and low stress joints can be bonded by “contact bonding”.

6. Apply adhesive and assemble joint as above.

7. Then pull surfaces apart, wait a few minutes to let it dry, then press surfaces firmly together and tap firmly

    along the joints.

 

CLEAR UP:

1. Remove uncured adhesive with xylene or scraper.

2. Cured adhesive is best removed by scraping or sanding.

 

STORAGE:

1. Store inside where possible, out of direct sunlight.

2. Storage areas should be well ventilated and kept to a maximum of 27°C.
