     (1) Line quality control :

     We control the diameter of filament by diameter laser detector, when the diameter deviates from accept range, the laser detector will adjust the extruding rate.

     (2) Examination system:

     We have specific technician to examine the quality of filament everyday,to feedback to our workshop manager and other technicians.

     (3) Store management:

     When the filaments are stored more than half a year, we will dry them again.

     (4) Quality feedback system:

     We request quality feedback from every customer,then feedback to our workshop manager and technicians,to improve our product quality.
