1.Hydrolysis feather meal machine with high temperature curing pot, in which equip with steam direct sprayers. Steam jacket is equipped with pressure gauge to test the steam pressure.

2.The shaft of high temperature curing pot is made of chrome plated material, hard and durable, good sealing effect.

3.The whole production technology is based on the Harsley of Denmark: Adopting vacuum to cool down the waste gas, utilize the stainless steel inner core heat dissipation pipe, cooling the waste steam into the waste water, then the waste water is discharged to the sewage treatment plant, the rest of the gas is transported to the spray tower through the vacuum pump. Compared to the overall water spray, the technology is energy saving, less water pollution.

4.The workshop is under the negative pressure state. All the parts of machine is made of stainless steel, plus the stainless steel drainage cover, then the waste gas is delivering to the spray tower to spray deodorant processing treatment, thus tidy the working environment.

5.Injector head of Hydrolysis feather meal machine is added to the spray tower, spray evenly. Deodorant are added to the spray water, making the residue gas completely contact and clean. It could reach the zero pollution standard.

6.According to the assembling of machines, no raw material and no leftover are produced, thus no second pollution to environment.
