Product Description
DMGH Series High-temperature Steel conductor rail is composed of the copper conductor, steel skeleton structure or copper and aluminum extruded sections, including two structural types of combination and composite. It is supported by high strength special insulator, and installed or welded on the support of the track beam to form a mobile power supply system for feeding all kinds of lifting machinery and equipment.

1. Excellent contact performance, no arc pulling, no power failure fault, reliable operation.
2. Being applicable in the harsh environment of high temperature, high humidity, high voltage, strong corrosion, and a lot of dust.
3. High mechanical strength, stiffness, not easily bent, being capable of bearing the heavy impulse current due to short circuit to decrease the possibility of the fault.
4. Copper conductor or copper and aluminum extruded sections with relatively small resistivity adopted; this can greatly reduce the energy loss of the conductor.
5. The current capacity of the copper conductor is large, even exceeding 3000A.
6. After the auxiliary cable is added, the impedance of the conductor can be decreased exponentially to form low- impedance slide lead. So that it can be used more widely.
7. The wiring mode is diverse; the sliding contact can be set at the top, bottom or side.
8. DMGH Series High-temperature Steel Slide Lead is provided with a long service life due to its large cooling area and low temperature rise.
