This machine is specially designed fo heat shrink packaging single or group combined products 
such as CD, DVD, Cosmetic. Electronics, Printing boxes, Photo frame, Aluminum, Wooden products, etc. 
Features: 
1. SC-5545TBH high speed side sealer detects product automatic with photocells, optional feed type automatically  
and manually, available with center fold film to seal other three sides accomplish fully automatic shrink wrapping. 
2. Color touch operator interface accomplish all working  all working date easily, the panel with date memory for  
various products allows quick changeovers by simply calling up the needed date from the database.  
Error info shows on screen with auto inspection function make easier for operator to do emendation. 
3. Continuous side seal without product length limit. 
4. Able to increase logo locate function for printed film. 
5. Servo motor control cross seal system ensures accurate position and perfect seal line,  
double pulling poles make seal blade stable for long time operation. Constant temperature seal system  
use POF and other industry shrink film. 
6. Adjustable speed feeding system and free rolls storage table realize truly high speed and  
unmanned operation; optional products distribute system for different products. 
7. HS-5030LX high speed hot wind shrink tunnel adopts roll conveyor belt covered hot proof silicone tube,  
each roller can be rotated, visible window shows shrink process in tunnel. 
8. Uniform temperature tunnel use PVC, POF and other different shrink film. 
9. Inner insulate shell results into circle hot wind, adjust convey speed to reach best shrink effect  
for different packaging request. 
10. Equipped fingers pushing conveyor or belt conveyor controls equal distance among products  
to reach higher packing speed and better shrink effect.
