Continuous Basalt Fiberglass Roving (CBF)

Continuous Basalt Fiberglass Roving (CBF) is a kind of basalt fiber with single filaments or parallel stranded filaments combined together without twisting. Its filament diamter usually ranges from 11um to 25um. Continuous Basalt Fiberglass Roving (CBF) has PPTA (poly-phenylene terephthalamide aniline) and UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)  fiber's high-tech, high-strength, high modulus and impact resistance and high temperature insulation, especially when it combined with resin adhesive, the strength is added much more than itself. So, Continuous Basalt Fiberglass Roving (CBF) is widely used in weaving, filament winding and pultrusion processes for variety of composites applications.

d. Construction of the repair, strengthening, high temperature of the SMC (sheet molding compound), BMC (bulk molding compound), DMC (Bulk(Dough) molding compounds) short fiber
