Polyacrylamide is, simply called PAM, a water- soluble high polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making, metallurgical, textile, chemical and environment protection fields. There are three categories of anionic, cationic and non-ionic type. 

 

1) Cationic Polyacrylamide

Solid Content : 90% min

Residual monomer <0.05%

Insolubles:<0.2%

2)Anionic Polyacrylamide

Molecular weight: 5-22 million

Hydrolyzing degree:10-20%, 20-30% or 30-40%

Dissolving time: 2 hours max

 

 

3)Nonionic Polyacrylamide

Solid content:90% mini

Ionization:>3%

Solubility h:1.0

PH Value:1-8

Residue content:<0.05%

 

PAM are mainly used for oil recovery, sugar-making, coal washing, ore dressing, paper-making, paint, sewage treatment and so on.
