After Dinner Tea

after a meal.

Peppermint, pearmint, fennel, cardamon, cinnamon
and ginger

Instructions
A generous teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag
added to a cup of just boiled water. Allow to infuse
for 5 minutes for a 5 minutes for a full-flavoured cup
of tea.
