Steel shot is made from chrome alloy materials which are fast atomized after melting.After heat treatment,it is featured with optimum mechanical characteristics,good tenacity,fatigue resistence,long working-life,low consumption.It is widely used in shot blasting for surface preparation before coating,shot peeing for mechanical and other surface treatment.  

It  has been proved that our Cr steel shot is suitable for descalling, cleaning and peening of oxygenated surface . so as to greatly improve the blasting efficiency and coating quality,  and to reduce kinetic energy of paint, abrasive consumption and so on, as well as to prolong the life of wearing parts.

As Cr steel shot has a finer structure and does not have cracks. The consumption has been reduced by more than 10-15 % in trials by our customers factories compared with traditional high carbon steel shot.
