TYP96 Series of thermostats is widely used in electric iron, electric oven, electric fryer, milk heater, convection oven, light wave stove, electric heater, electric pressure cooker, electric cooker, etc.

Working Principle & Features

TYP96 use thermosensitive bimetal disc as temperature-sensing element. When temperature rise to a certain value, the disc will deform and drive motion stick to push energy storage shrapnel, make the contact point open and turn off the circuit. When temperature drop, bimetal disc reset original state, and the contact point close and turn on the circuit.

Explanation

1. Optional Temperature style: adjustable & fixed.
2. Trip off temperature and its characteristic curve depend on match test between customer’s appliance and thermostat.
3. Installing method, terminal size, angle and direction can be customized.
4. Adjusting shaft size, rotation angle and switch angle can be customized.
5. In order to install more convenient, stator is riveted, as an extra using stator can conduct heat.
