Summary of Microporous Membrane Filters Membrane technology is a new and high technology which combines high separation, concentration, purification and purification. At present, new membrane equipment in China has been continuously developed, studied and applied, and many aspects have approached the advanced level of similar products abroad. As we all know, the filter operation has entered the era of membrane filtration. With the deepening of people's understanding of the filter membrane, membrane filtration will be widely used in most people's filtering operations. Because it can be used as fine filtration equipment alone, but also as other purification devices (such as ion exchange resin, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration) to the pretreatment equipment. Membrane filtration is popular among users because of its high accuracy, wide application range, recoil ability, compact structure and simple operation. We sincerely hope that the introduction of membrane filters in our factory will be able to solve the difficulties encountered by the majority of users in filtering operations. Preparations for the use of microporous membrane filters: I. Cleaning of filter element The newly purchased filter element must be disinfected and sterilized with disinfectant or steam before installation. Generally, the pre-filter does not need to be disinfected. The disinfection is mainly used for 0.4-0.45um filter element. When using disinfection and sterilization, a certain concentration of disinfectant should be prepared according to the product description, for example (when using Wanjiakang disinfectant, it can be configured to use disinfectant with a concentration of 100-150 ppm, etc.). Then the filter core should be immersed in the disinfectant for 1-2 hours, and then rinsed with clean water to the non-residual disinfectant. When steam is used, the saturated steam with pressure of 0.1-0.15 MPA can be used to sterilize for 20-30 minutes. However, attention should be paid to the steam valve should be slowly opened to avoid sudden rush of steam and damage to the filter element. When purchasing filter element, note that if steam sterilization is required frequently, it should be explained to the supplier in order to provide steam sterilization resistant filter element. (2) For newly purchased cellulose acetate filters, only disinfectant should be used to sterilize them, but steam should not be used to sterilize them. 2. Cleaning of Stainless Steel Filter Shell (1) The newly purchased stainless steel filter shell, pipes and valves before and after operation must be cleaned thoroughly with detergent to remove the oil and dust adhering to the inner and outer parts of the filter during processing and during transportation. (2) Soak in the disposed disinfectant solution, disinfect and sterilize. Then rinse with clean water until there is no residual disinfectant. III. Preparation of Connecting Parts At present, the 10-inch and 20-inch microporous membrane filters manufactured by our company are connected by clamps and quick-fixing joints. Before installation, they can be easily installed by preparing clamps, silica gel washers and quick-fixing ports. Generally, the outer chucks of clamp joints are 50.5 and 64 general sizes. S estions: In different environments, different materials should be selected, such as PP filter, PTFE, PL, PFTE, etc.
