Product Description
Introduction
This type of indefinite chilled cast iron roll is made of high chromium, nickel and molybdenum alloy elements. It has a double chemical. Through alloying in ordinary high nickel-chromium molten steel, the strong carbide-forming elements like niobium, tungsten, and vanadium are added at a certain ratio, and the type of carbides is changed to form high-hardness and finely mixed carbides while changing the density of precipitated particles. The outside has high tensile strength and the inside is a lower one. The hardness drop is lower, so it has high wear resistance.
Application
bar & wire rod mill, hot strip mill, cold strip mill, PC mill, section mill, plate rolling mill and nonferrous mill etc.
