1)   Knurling: Dual spec knurling, deep fine knurling. Knurling goes all the way to the inner collars. No center knurling

1. Surface Finish: Manganese Phosphate (black) shaft, Chrome grooved sleeves, combined with the deep fine knurling,feels great in your hands. 
2. The sleeves rotate precisely on a copper alloy bushing.
3. The sleeves are grooved which will give your collars more bite when performing Olympic lifts. They are secured in place with a snap ring.
4. Material: Chromium Molybdenum alloy steel (1500 lb tested, 240,000 psi)
